Return Policy for MitchellElectronicsCo.com:
With a copy of the Sales Invoice, Warranty Service, if needed, is provided by the manufacturer. Returns are accepted within 7 days with a Return Authorization Number for Merchandise Credit only, less 20% restocking fee, provided the product(s) is in good unmarked working condition in the new original unmarked box with all packing materials. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge by FedEx or U.P.S. and the product(s) must be insured for the original cost.
